Sailing together naturally builds communication, trust, and camaraderie — all while enjoying the stunning coastline of Mallorca.
Whether it's a team reward, an incentive trip, or client entertainment, we create the perfect balance of activity and relaxation. Your team can take turns at the helm, learn basic sailing skills, compete in fun challenges, or simply relax and connect over drinks and swimming in hidden coves.
We offer flexible durations (4, 6, or 8 hours) and can coordinate with restaurants in Port d'Andratx for pre or post-sailing dining. Multi-boat options available for larger groups.

Yes! We can coordinate multiple boats for larger corporate events. Each yacht takes up to 11 guests. We can arrange a fun inter-yacht challenge or keep the group connected.

Yes — Port d'Andratx has excellent restaurants. We can coordinate a dinner reservation that starts right when you step off the boat.
We offer optional sailing challenges (knot-tying races, navigation tasks, helmsmanship) or you can keep it purely social. Tell us your goals and we'll design the right experience.
